In Tibetan culture, mandalas symbolize compassion, peace and harmony, and they are used to inspire people to apply kindness and compassion to their daily lives. In conjunction with the exhibition In the Land of Snow, spend a weekend with Tools for Peace facilitator Loren Witcher, creating a Community Sand Mandala while exploring its meaning and practicing mindfulness and meditation techniques that will help you apply kindness and compassion to your life.
