Requested Dates
List three possible dates and times in order of preference (tours are 60-minutes long). Please note that tours are only conducted during open hours, and the Museum is CLOSED on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Boxed Lunches
The Museum does not allow outside food on the premises, but we do have a Garden Cafe in the Museum's celebrated Sculpture Garden. The Garden Cafe can serve box lunches for 20–60 guests for a private tour. To make arrangements for group lunches, please contact the Patina Restaurant Group at (626) 844-6970 2 weeks prior to your visit to select from a variety of boxed meals.
Payment Information
Please note that payment is due in full 2 weeks before your scheduled tour. There are two payment options:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.

Once you have correctly filled out the form, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, then your tour is not scheduled and you need to contact the education department as soon as possible.
