Artist Jamie Sweetman conducts a six-session course focusing on various areas of the Museum, from the Sculpture Garden to the European and Asian art collections. Students learn techniques like breaking down a composition into simple shapes, structuring a drawing using line and making gesture drawings.
View sculptures from the South and Southeast Asian art collection, and then use the technique of gesture drawing to find the line of action and proportions of the figures.

- All levels of experience are welcome. Each class is $25 ($20 for members), and space is limited to 20 participants. All materials and admission to the galleries on the day of class are included.
