Whether a pastoral scene filled with morning light, a tree shedding leaves in autumn or storm clouds passing overhead, landscapes have long been a popular subject. In this drawing series led by artist and instructor Robert Sherrill, students observe paintings from the Renaissance to the 20th century. Take inspiration from works by Claude Monet, Jacob van Ruisdael and Emil Nolde as you draw landscapes that feature forests and seascapes alike. Classes include:
