In Yaya and the Sea, written by Karen Good Marable and illustrated by Tonya Engel, Yaya takes the train down to the shore with her mother and aunties to pay their respects to the ocean. Honor the ocean by crafting your own foil paintings of the sea in front of Louis-Eugène Boudin’s Low Tide, Berck.
