Paintings by Carl Morris

This exhibition marked the first major display of Carl Morris’s (1911–1993) work in Southern California. Twenty-three works were presented, including his Shore and River series, as well as several casein paintings on rice paper and works such as Echoed Impact (1959) and White Canyon.
