Investigating Goya's Etchings: Selections from Goya's 'Los Caprichos'  allows visitors to study the evolution of the great Spanish artist’s compositions through a selection of twenty works including rare working proofs, hand-colored images, and early edition prints from Los Caprichos.  Goya’s earliest and most famous series of etchings, these bold caricatures satirize the attitudes, morals, and behaviors of 18^th century Spanish society. In an intimate gallery setting, visitors are able to compare several editions of an image, and to discover the various changes that makes each individual impression unique.
