Independent Tour Request Form

$20.00 per person
$15.00 per person (ages 62+)
Free for everyone age 18 and younger and students with ID
Groups must not exceed 15 guests

If you are paying onsite for the entire group, all visitors must enter at the same time.

The Museum does not allow outside food on the premises. Our Garden Café, operated by the Patina Restaurant Group, is located in the Museum's Sculpture Garden and offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, snacks and beverages. The Garden Café can also serve box lunches for 20–60 guests for a private tour.  To make arrangements for group lunches, please contact the Patina Restaurant Group at (626) 844-6970 2 weeks prior to your visit to select from a variety of boxed meals.

Once you have correctly filled out the form, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, then your visit is not scheduled and you need to contact the Education Department as soon as possible. You can reach us at (626) 844-6980 or [email protected].
